HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Transitional Nursery department, aimed at providing top-tier care in the critical early stages of a newborn's life. This role requires expertise in neonatal care and a strong dedication to health improvement. Join our team and contribute directly to the welfare of our youngest patients, ensuring their safe transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life. Monitor and assess newborns' health statuses regularly. Administer and manage medications and interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with pediatricians and other medical professionals. Educate and support parents about newborn care and potential health concerns. Document all patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Strong understanding of neonatal care standards and procedures Ability to operate all relevant medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
