This pivotal role supports the nursing staff and manages patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality care, adhering to regulatory standards and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Your leadership will ensure the success of health outcomes and the enhancement of patient experience within our caring and innovative healthcare setting. Oversee daily operations of the medical-surgical unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate patient care activities and set priorities for nursing staff. Facilitate interdisciplinary team communication to provide patient-centered care. Implement policies and procedures that enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes. Assist in the development and training of nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and foster a proactive approach to patient safety. Manage resources efficiently to ensure a high standard of care while also controlling costs. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative hospital operations Ability to make quick and accurate decisions Skilled in working with diverse teams and managing multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) preferred
