Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. - Support manufacturing operations by analyzing and improving production processes - Assist with process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and cost reduction - Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities - Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues on the production floor - Assist in developing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation - Support new product launches and line setup activities - Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Company Description Foster Electric was founded as a loudspeaker manufacturer in 1949.
