occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a
licensed OT Provide skilled OT interventions including ADL/IADL
training, fine motor activities, and adaptive equipment use
Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately in
the EMR Communicate patient status and progress updates to the
supervising OT Assist with discharge planning and home program
instruction Maintain productivity standards and support quality
care initiatives Requirements Active state COTA
certification/license in good standing CPR/BLS certification
current Minimum 1 year of COTA experience in a SNF/LTC or
post-acute setting preferred Ability to work under OT supervision
and implement treatment plans effectively Strong documentation
skills and interdisciplinary communication Active New Mexico
Caregivers Registry listing required for placement at NM facilities
