Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services during the Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) in a K-12 educational setting serving PreK
through 12th grade students. This contract position focuses on
addressing a backlog of communication service needs resulting from
an entire year without speech therapy support. The role is
primarily based onsite in the Lower Valley region south of I-10,
with possible assignment to a K-8 site located northeast of I-10.
The position requires dynamic caseload management and IEP
compliance to ensure students receive timely, effective
intervention. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language
pathology services to a caseload ranging between 40 and 64
students, depending on assignment. - Develop, implement, and
monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet student
communication goals. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
including educators and parents to support student progress. -
Manage comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with state
licensure requirements. - Provide intervention for students who
have experienced service gaps, necessitating remediation and
catch-up therapy. Qualifications: - State licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required. - Completion of
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility. - Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage a backlog of services
effectively. - Experience working in school settings preferred. -
Bilingual skills are a valued asset but not mandatory. Location:
Fabens, TX (Lower Valley area of El Paso, TX) Schedule & Duration:
- 37.5 hours per week - Contract term through June 29, 2026 -
