Job Description Job Description Geriatrics in El Paso, Texas Join an outpatient geriatrics practice in El Paso where you can focus on caring for older adults in a collaborative, well-supported environment. This role offers schedule flexibility, strong team resources, and the opportunity to help shape a dedicated geriatrics clinic as the program continues to grow. Practice Details Outpatient-only geriatrics care with no inpatient responsibilities High-volume clinic seeing approximately 14 to 18 patients per day Multidisciplinary support, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and a clinical pharmacist Modern outpatient setting with exam rooms, on-site pharmacy, imaging, lab, and attached emergency department Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new geriatrics clinic and future leadership roles Schedule Monday through Friday outpatient schedule Option for a four-day workweek No weekends Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with additional incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Full benefits package including malpractice coverage CME allowance with paid CME time Candidate Requirements Fellowship-trained in Geriatrics or significant geriatrics experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Spanish-speaking preferred but not required; interpreter services and AI-supported tools available Values independence while working within a team-based care model About El Paso, Texas El Paso offers a welcoming community with a low cost of living, easy commutes, and a warm climate year-round.
