Profit Sharing Excellent bonus plan Amazing health benefits Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance functions within our food manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with state, federal, and food safety regulations, and leading root cause analysis investigations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive change and ensure the highest quality standards are met in our industry-leading food manufacturing company. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems (QMS). 2. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and food safety regulations, including FSMA PCQI, SQF Practitioner, and GMP. 3. Lead and manage all quality assurance activities, including the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. 4. Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify and rectify quality issues. 5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. 6. Provide training and support to all staff on quality assurance procedures and standards. 7. Manage and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 8. Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement. 9. Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the food manufacturing industry. 2. Extensive knowledge and experience with QMS, FSMA PCQI, SQF Practitioner, GMP, and other relevant food safety regulations. 3. Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems. 4. Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis investigations. 5. Excellent knowledge of state, federal, and food safety regulations. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 9. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred. 10. Certifications in Quality Management, Food Safety, or a related field is an advantage.
