mentorship. Your Role at a Glance As an AT&T Retail Associate,
you’ll drive market expansion by acquiring new customers through
expert consultations and tailored solutions for mobile, internet,
and entertainment services. Your role combines persuasive selling
with deep product knowledge to convert leads into loyal AT&T
subscribers, directly boosting revenue while advancing your career
in a high-performance environment. Essential Functions of the
AT&T Retail Associate Engage customers in retail locations and
local events, sparking conversations about AT&T products and
services, while delivering exceptional representation. Conduct
engaging, consultative sales presentations and product
demonstrations, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and
value proposition of AT&T's offerings. Listen actively and sell
strategically, identifying customer needs and recommending tailored
AT&T solutions like unlimited data, fiber internet, and
streaming packages. Master the art of negotiation and objection
handling, addressing customer concerns effectively, and confidently
guiding them towards a favorable purchasing decision. Consistently
meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets
for new AT&T customer activations and service upgrades.
Accurately complete all new customer enrollment forms, sales
agreements, and required paperwork, ensuring meticulous data entry
and compliance with all policies. Maintain a comprehensive and
up-to-date knowledge of all AT&T products, services, current
promotions, pricing structures, and competitive offerings.
Represent AT&T and Premier Team Consulting with professionalism
and enthusiasm, ensuring brand integrity while delivering an
exceptional experience. Participate actively in regular sales
training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to
continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership, sharing
best practices and contributing to a high-energy, results-oriented
sales environment.
