employer Job Details Job Details We are seeking a dynamic,
results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in
the Wind Industry. This is a full-time remote position with 75%
domestic travel within the United States. The successful candidate
will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging their
technical expertise and exceptional sales skills and connections
within the Wind Industry (REQUIRED). This role is ideal for a
highly motivated individual with a strong engineering background
and a passion for renewable energy. Responsibilities 1. Leverage
your technical expertise to identify customer needs and propose
optimal solutions that align with our product portfolio in the wind
industry. 2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
sales targets and expand our customer base. 3. Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs. 4. Deliver compelling presentations
to a range of audiences, from technical staff to executive level
decision-makers. 5. Conduct market research to identify selling
possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 6. Actively seek out new
sales opportunities through networking, social media, and industry
events. 7. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer
requirements are met and to improve product offerings based on
customer feedback. 8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to
maximize profits. 9. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned
with clients’ needs. 10. Keep abreast of industry trends,
competition, and new opportunities. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of
experience in technical sales within the wind industry drive train
experience - REQUIRED. 3. Proven track record of successfully
meeting sales quotas. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM
software, and sales techniques. 5. Thorough understanding of
marketing and negotiating techniques. 6. Fast learner and passion
for sales. 7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 8.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 9. Strong
interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and
communicate effectively at all levels. 10. Ability to travel
domestically up to 75% of the time. 11. Understanding of the
technical aspects of wind energy products is REQUIRED. This is an
