As an AT&T Entry Level Telecom Brand Ambassador, you are the key connection between AT&T and potential customers. You'll engage the public, sparking interest in cutting-edge mobile, internet, and TV solutions. Through captivating presentations and engaging conversations, you'll educate, build rapport, and generate warm leads, driving brand growth and enhancing AT&T’s market presence. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Telecom Brand Ambassador Proactively engage potential customers in direct, face-to-face settings (e.g., retail activations, community events) to introduce them to AT&T's brand and offerings. Deliver dynamic and engaging brand presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of AT&T's telecommunications services. Educate consumers on AT&T's latest mobile devices, internet plans, and entertainment solutions in an informative and non-salesy manner. Generate excitement and genuine interest in AT&T products and services, acting as the primary point of contact for brand inquiries. Collect valuable customer feedback, preferences, and contact information to generate qualified leads for the sales team. Maintain a professional appearance and enthusiastic demeanor at all times, serving as a positive and memorable representation of the AT&T brand. Distribute promotional materials, participate in interactive displays, and ensure brand messaging consistency across all interactions. Support the coordination and execution of promotional events and local outreach initiatives as directed by team leadership.
