As a Management Associate, you'll embark on a hands-on, entry-level journey, mastering campaign execution, leadership, and strategy, building a strong foundation for direct marketing management in a fast-paced environment. What will I be doing as a Management Associate? Engage in a full-time, immersive training program covering sales, marketing, client relations, and operational management. Gain hands-on experience in direct customer acquisition and brand representation for AT&T products and services in assigned market territories. Shadow experienced managers, participating in meetings, performance analysis, and strategic campaign planning. Shadow and support experienced managers in daily operations, including team meetings, performance analysis, and strategic campaign planning for AT&T. Develop skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making within a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Contribute to setting and achieving team goals and individual sales targets, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs). Master all AT&T product offerings, service updates, and competitive market trends to provide expert guidance and strategic insights. Assist in talent acquisition and onboarding processes for new team members, as skills develop, fostering a strong team culture. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and contribute to the development of strategies for continuous improvement. Act as a professional and ethical representative of both Premier Team Consulting and the AT&T brand at all times.
