Job Description:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in El Paso, TX Great hours and pay!

---Hours of Operation: 7am-7pm
---Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm (Mountain / El Paso) Training is 5 days and you can---t miss any of the training!
---Location: ONSITE in El Paso, TX
---Pay: $16 base pay PLUS $4.23 fringe benefits / hr (up to 40 hours per week, this will not apply to Overtime hours)
11 Federal Paid Holidays
Paid Sick Leave (1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked)

This is a Call Center position assisting Veterans! We---re looking for high attention to detail, experience using dual computer screens and navigating multiple applications effectively; 1+ years of phone work (for phone support) and/or 1+ years data entry/clerical/admin experience (for data entry). The Phone Support will take inbound calls, resolve issues and do some appointment setting. The data entry will be performing data entry work only and will not be taking calls (may make an outbound call to get data but not receiving calls). Having both skill sets and call center experience would be ideal.
