What Do We Need from You?

Serve as Avantive Solutions frontline TEAM to resolve issues, answer questions and shop online for callers.
Provide the right solutions for our customers
Have fun and be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
Adhere to daily schedules to handle inbound calls.
Daily phone calls may increase during peak season.

One year of call center or sales experience preferred, High School diploma or GED required with the ability to pass a drug screen and background check upon hire.

Both English-speaking and Bilingual Spanish/English agents are needed!
