An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Pet
Insurance Inbound Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Managing inbound email, chat and phone inquiries from pet
parents
Handling all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait
times
Managing time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met
consistently
Qualifications for this position include:
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication
skills
High school diploma or GED
2 plus years sales experience
Proven attendance reliability
Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
Ability to obtain property and casualty insurance license
