pWere seeking a hands-on individual who learns best by taking things apart and putting them back together. AstrongMaintenance Technicians/strongrole is to assist and maintain plant equipment of the facility. In addition, Maintenance Technicians will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner./p

pstrongSchedule:/strong12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Nights Vary) Days: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m./p

pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p

ul
liProvide maintenance support to plant equipment such as: product flow pump, liquid and air pumping, seal replacement of liquid pumps, repair diaphragm pumps, mechanical and fluid flow./li
liTroubleshoot, remove, rebuild, and install pumps./li
liHandles all maintenance of equipment, such as forklifts and power washers./li
liConducts all maintenance of the production facilities, all equipment supporting production, and material handling./li
liCooperates and collaborates with peers in determining maintenance priorities./li
liConducts all maintenance activities ensuring adherence to various governmental laws, codes, regulations, and insurance standards, as related to maintenance of equipment and facilities./li
liMake recommendations as required to the Maintenance Manager for equipment repair, replacement, and spare parts./li
liPerform maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager ensuring proper maintenance and safety, on all appropriate equipment in the facility./li
liEnsures continuous support is provided such that the plant suffers from minimal work stoppage for production./li
liAble to diagnose problems with machinery: able to test and make adjustments./li
liAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English./li

pstrongQualifications:/strong/p

ul
liHigh School Diploma or GED./li
liExperience and/or vocational training in all aspects of maintenance activities./li
liStrong experience with rebuilding and maintaining pumps and equipment./li
li3+ years of experience in a maintenance function with Mechanical maintenance activities./li
liExperience working in outdoor environments as well as enclosed spaces, as well as knowledge of appropriate safety protocols for various environments./li
