NOTICE OF POSITION OPENING DATE: September 9, 2024 POSITION: Journeyman Lineman Effective immediately, Columbus Electric Cooperative, Inc. has 2 open positions at the Deming(1) and Animas(1), New Mexico office for a Journeyman Lineman. These positions will be with the Line Crew and requires the successful candidate to reside in the area assigned, no further than 45 minutes from the area office. These positions of Journeyman Lineman provide service, line construction, operation and maintenance of the Cooperative s overhead and underground distribution and transmission system. The minimum basic requirements are a valid New Mexico Class A Commercial Driver s License, a high school diploma or G.E.D., and a Journeyman Lineman Certificate. There are also physical requirements for the job contained in the job description. The Cooperative offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
