    Responsibilities
    As a Member Support Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:

    • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
    • Providing timely, accurate, and efficient service to our customers via email and/or video chat
    • Verifying member identification and following verification procedures
    • Working with other members to troubleshoot verification issues and provide a working solution
    • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
    • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
    • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
    • Appropriately communicating with customers


      Requirements
      To be successful in this role, you will need:

      • Outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills
      • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      • The ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused
      • A desire to learn general knowledge about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
      • General knowledge of Windows-based computer systems
      • The ability to adhere to attendance policies and work within a structured schedule, which includes a variety of shifts
      • A college degree preferred but not required
      • At least 6 months of customer service experience
      • Over 18 years of age
      • The ability to type 25 wpm
      • Comfort with desktop computer systems
