Position SummaryReporting to the Outpatient Program Manager, the ACT Mental Health Clinician provides clinical services ensuring ethical and effective treatment. Services will be provided through Individual/Family/Group services to patient and family system. Clinician will perform assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for patients and families. Clinician will work with a Multidisciplinary Team assessing for needs designed to assist patients in achieving an optimal quality of life. Clinician will need to have a flexible schedule. Bring a caring attitude along with a passion to work with our patients and their families. Job responsibilities include yet are not limited to: Works collegially within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborates with psychiatrist to formulate personalized treatment plans to fit individual needs.Facilitates both process and psychoeducational groups, Individual sessions, and Family sessions with individualize care considerations. Schedule will fluctuate Advocates in the interest of the patient in person and through documentation.Prescribes a continuation of Treatment plan to support ongoing stabilization and recover efforts.Conducts screenings, assessments, referrals and follow-ups to patients. Maintains compliance with all Joint Commission training requirements relevant to job duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Education/ Licensure: Must posses and maintain New Mexico licensure (LMHC/LMSW/LISW)Understanding of Clinical standardsBasic computer skillsAdditional RequirementsTimely renew and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification for healthcare professionals, professional skills verification and psychiatric crisis management certification.PI200972427
