With your excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication you will be key in helping provide exceptional customer service. Eligible for Benefits day one Career Growth Opportunities Award Winning Work Environment Daily Responsibilites: Providing production services such as data-entry, document processing and scanning Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Quickly adapt to business rule changes Provide support to other business operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences. People who succeed in this role: Have Strong work ethic and great attention to detail. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Data Entry experience in a fast-paced environment. Be organized and have the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities Can navigate multiple applications, and screens with ease. Excitement for innovatation and technology. Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule typing high volume of transactions daily. Requirements: Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship Be able to successfully pass Pre-Employment Screening Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer Can commit to 100% attendance for training.
