W Silver Recycling, Inc. is a quickly growing privately held corporation with a footprint covering the southwestern United States and Mexico. For over a century, the company has been an industry leader in manufacturer and single-source by-product management programs and is looking for a Sales Representative with five years of experience in the distribution or transportation industry with an in-depth knowledge of cross border freights. The quintessential candidate will:Work directly with the Sales Manager for the El Paso, TX location to deliver an exceptional sales experience while covering sales referral opportunities. The Sales Representative will also be involved in lead generation, relationship development, and direct work with our customer service team. Job responsibilities will include but not limited to transitioning a customer sale through the implementation process to complete installation of the account, as well as the creation of marketing presentations for new customer solicitations. Maintain large accounts with annual purchases from $250k-$10m USD per account. Make weekly visits to assigned accounts. Must be able to travel locally and to Mexico. Education: The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Industrial Sales Experience is a MUST.
Preference will be given to those with Maquiladora's experience.
Skill in taking independent action and being a self-starter.
Skill in written and verbal communication.
Skill with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
