Job Description:
Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for
someone to fill the position of a Remote Online Notary to work in
the U.S. only. JOB SUMMARY: Under direction from Escrow
Officers/Escrow Branch Managers, verify the signer and the
documents provided using audio-visual technology. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS: Review and verify signers identity according to the
applicable commissioning states requirements Notarize and record
documents using approved audio-visual and online technology Refer
all questions or concerns to Escrow Officers. This position will
not offer advice on processes or procedures. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and
procedures of your department/field. Good verbal and written
communication skills. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent
LICENSES: Notary Public Valid Drivers License EXPERIENCE: Possess
experience in basic real estate/escrow/title terminology. 1 year of
related experience in reviewing and notarizing documents. PAY:
$85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment BENEFITS: 401(k) JOB
REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS:
General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
