Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsRPOSITION SUMMARY: TO PERFORM SWITCHBOARD ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND REGULARTORY REQUIREMENTS.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • GREETS CALLERS, DEMONSTRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE & BEHAVIOR APPROPRIATE.
  • ROUTES INCOMING CALLS, AND MAINTAINS APPROPRIATE TELEPHONE RECORDS.
  • OPERATES PA SYSTEM, CONSISTANT WITH PROTOCAL, KNOWS ALL EMG. PROCEDURES.
  • ATTENDS MEETINGS AS REQUIRED.
  • DEMONSTRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES AND BEHAVIORS.
  • MAINTAINS FACILITIES EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.
  • OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.REQUIRED LICENSURE AND/OR CERTIFICATION
