Job Description:
General:This position is a senior HR Business Partner role
accountable for the HR delivery for the Business Services employees
located throughout the USA. You will have 100+ employees which may
include employees in the El Paso office, as well as at client sites
or working remotely. The Mgr-HRBP will also have one or more key
project roles such as Talent Management, Learning & Development,
Reporting & Analytics, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, and/or
Immigration/Mobility. Primary Responsibilities include: o Building
and maintaining strong business partnerships with the BSv line and
staff groups, the various HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions,
various other business enabling functions, and your regional HR
peers. o Contributing business perspective and client requirements
to the development of the annual HR Plan and Executing the Global
and Regional HR strategy, and ensuring alignment to the overall
vision and mission of Capgemini o Developing, implementing and
overseeing the proactive administration of various HR programs o
Driving talent management focus, Learning & Development, and other
organizational development activities within your client group o
Coaching the leadership team to improve their management capability
o Partnering with COE teammates in developing and executing the
broader HR organization's commitments and implementation plans that
will move the function forward o Working with managers and
employees in managing performance and employee relations issues
across the BSv organization.o Conduct investigations and research,
analyze data, recommend actions and prepare comprehensive reportso
Ensure timely, accurate and streamlined delivery of on-boarding,
off-boarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, performance
appraisals, recognition and rewards, safety, leadership and
behavioral training and policy administration. To be successful in
this role, you must have a passion for HR as a driver of business
results. You must have strong business acumen and use it to
identify key issues for the business and be able to apply your HR
knowledge to driving solutions; recognize trends, and identify
systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast-paced,
dynamic environment. You will need to be able to deal with
ambiguity and you should look to have fun in what you do.
Additionally, experience dealing with senior leaders on a regular
basis and an ability to work independently in a matrix environment
are critical to this role. Experience with global companies and
cultures, BPO or similar work environments, Limited travel required
including some international travel possible Qualified candidates
will possess the following: o Ability to manage HR Programs in a
complex and matrix business environment o Proven experience and
knowledge of US employment laws and complianceo Strong
communications skills o Strong analytical and data interpretation
skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR
programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to
assess opportunity for continuous improvement o Strong business
acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders
at an executive level o Ability to partner across HR to deliver
effective business solutions o Demonstrated exceptional people
management and leadership capabilities o Employee Relations - Build
management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Capgemini
values-based environment that enables effective employee relations.
Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and
escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues. o Depth
of experience with US employment law including FLSA, FMLA, EEOC,
and HIPAAExpertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
versed in PeopleSoft or comparable HRIS o 7+ years of relevant work
experience o BS/BA degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR
