Qualifications for this position include:
3+ year experience in a Sales Support or Customer Support in a B2B
SaaS environment
2+ years managing a Sales or Customer-facing support organization
in a B2B SaaS environment
Background and expertise in an area of Human Resources
Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business
models
Proven track record of innovation, leading change, and
creativity
Exceptional cross-organization collaboration and communication
skills
