Hiring, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator Position Available Our office is looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as our Hiring, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator! We are needing a person who has the ability to recruit, interview, train and retain potential and new employees for us. The position is primarily Monday-Friday 8-5, with on-call requirements one week per month. This is a great entry-level position for an outgoing person who is looking to grow with our company and enjoys working with others. We also offer the opportunity to grow with our office in future. This position would be fully trained by our internal staff. Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Communicate effectively with potential and current employees * Interest in new avenues and ways to recruit caregivers * Reviewing and assessing applications in accordance with our office standards * Responding to application employment inquiries in a professional manner * Scheduling and conducting first and second interviews with qualified applicants * Assistance with orientation of new hires and ensuring applicants have all necessary paperwork * Leading training for all new hires * Ensure all orientation materials, drug screens, and other necessary items are stocked * Filing new hire paper work appropriately and accordance with franchise owners * Utilization of retention and engagement strategies for all caregivers * Working together with Scheduling Coordinator to match qualified caregivers with appropriate clients * Introductions of caregivers and clients * Backup for phones * On-call one week a month (M-F after 5 p.M. and all Saturday and Sunday) Bonus applies Education/Experience Requirements: * High School graduate * College graduate preferred due to computer and time management skills being necessary * Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Bilingual preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must be punctual and maintain professional appearance * Work independently * Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication * Proficient in typing and can write professional emails and messages with appropriate wording used (type above 40 words per minute) * Confident in computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel * Must have the ability to work as a team * Must be able to plan week on calendar effectively * Ability to manage time effectively and keep items organized * Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA * Effectively communicate with clients, their families, CAREGivers, and others in the community in an professional and kind manner. * Must have the ability to work evenings or weekends as required, to include being on call.
