This position is designed to be an entry level management position. Restaurant shift leaders provide customers with friendly customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for the restaurant, making and maintaining food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards, completing required paperwork accurately and timely, following company guidelines, operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, completing all store task and activities assigned by management, being timely and punctual with attendance, and maintaining personal grooming and appearance at all times. Typical Physical Demands - Regularly required to talk and hear. - Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. - Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
