Job Description:
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking a dedicated and
detail-oriented Fresh Food Manager to oversee food service
operations across our network of travel stops. This role is perfect
for individuals passionate about delivering superior food quality
and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a
Fresh Food Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of food
safety, optimize inventory levels, and manage a team to succeed in
a highly competitive retail landscape. Oversee the daily operations
of food service areas ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations. Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer
service and culinary skills. Manage inventory and procurement of
food supplies. Implement innovative strategies to increase customer
satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization
of the food service area in accordance with company standards.
Analyze sales data and reports to improve operations and
profitability. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure
seamless service delivery. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in inventory management software. Knowledge of health
and safety regulations in food service. Ability to work flexibly in
a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Food Safety Manager Certification. HACCP
certification preferred but not required.
