Job Description Summary The Charge Registered Nurse is a
professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care.
The Charge Registered Nurse participates in patient and family
teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with
ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards
of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Aligned
with Nursing Unit Leadership, the Charge Nurse coordinates the
delivery of nursing care and provides leadership by working
cooperatively with medical, ancillary and support staff in
maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the

Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's
degree). Experience Required: 1 year of RN experience.
Certifications Required: Currently licensed, certified, or
registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in
state of practice or policy; AHA BLS. LI-AT1 Tenet complies with
federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination
of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be
vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show
proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or
medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an
exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to
submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
