dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Surgical Ortho Trauma
department, to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations. This
role ensures high-quality patient care, manages nursing staff, and
collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient outcomes. With a focus on patient safety and compliance
with healthcare standards, the Coordinator plays a crucial role in
sustaining the excellence and values HCA Healthcare stands for.
Supervise and manage nursing staff in the Surgical Ortho Trauma
department. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Develop and implement nursing care plans. Coordinate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize
patient outcomes. Manage departmental staffing and scheduling.
Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality and
effectiveness. Educate patients and their families on
post-operative care and injury prevention. Leadership and
management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in clinical skills specific to orthopedic and trauma surgery
Ability to create and follow through with care plans Expertise in
patient safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS/ACLS certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC)
