Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks an experienced and compassionate Registered
Nurse for our Fast Track Emergency Service Department (FSED) at our
NEast location. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional
emergency medical care, managing acute conditions, and sustaining a
high-quality environment that aligns with our mission to improve
human life. The position offers a structured support system and the
opportunity to work within one of the largest healthcare networks
in the nation. Provide immediate and effective medical care to
emergency department patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to facilitate coordinated patient management. Operate medical
equipment and stay current with technological advancements. Ensure
adherence to safety and health guidelines to minimize risk and
enhance patient outcomes. Manage patient documentation and maintain
accurate records. Engage in continuous education to improve patient
care techniques and emergency response effectiveness. Proficiency
in clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress
situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of emergency care
procedures and protocols. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment. BLS/ACLS certification. PALS certification
(preferred). TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
(preferred).
