This position involves providing critical care to patients suffering from orthopedic injuries and postoperative orthopedic surgical care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for managing patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient safety. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in a surgical orthopedic setting. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support patient safety initiatives and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and assist in surgery as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery processes. Strong clinical skills in a surgical orthopedic environment Proficiency in using medical software and patient care databases Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS Certification
