Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our
Medical Surgical Renal department, providing specialized care to
patients with renal conditions in a dynamic, patient-centered
environment. This role involves administering medical procedures,
guiding patient recovery, and collaborating with a skilled team of

and implement nursing care for renal patients in the
medical-surgical unit. Monitor patient conditions and respond to
changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team
members, and patient families to optimize patient outcomes. Educate
patients and families on disease management and prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
using healthcare software and electronic health records. Ability to
work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental
