managing health crises with skill and empathy. Provide immediate
medical attention and nursing care during emergencies Assess
patient needs, administer prescribed drugs, and document patients’
vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to
develop treatment plans Monitor, record, and report symptoms or
changes in patients' conditions Manage basic life support needs and
stabilize patients until they can be transferred Educate patients
and their families on how to manage their illnesses or injuries
Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment Effective
communication and leadership skills Ability to make quick and
accurate assessments of patient care needs Proficiency in using
medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance

license BLS/ACLS certification required TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core
Course) certification preferred ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course) certification preferred
