Hospital in El Paso, Texas Position Highlights: Ideal Practice
Environment: Only dedicated pediatric hospital within 200 miles;
50-bed Level IV NICU & 22-bed PICU Dedicated pediatric ORs with
expansion plans; equipment investment supported Flexible weekly
template; shared ~1:4 call with locums support Program Building:
Take over an existing practice with growth runway Opportunity to
develop specialty clinic at the Multispecialty Center Robotics
supported; hospital will invest in training and equipment as needed
Academic Affiliation: Integrated EPCH–TTUHSC relationship with
faculty appointment potential Teaching and academic engagement
available Multidisciplinary collaboration across 30 pediatric
subspecialists Collaborative Culture: Strong pediatric referral
