Job Description Hospitalist Opening in New Mexico Located in
*Silver City, NM * - Las Cruces 100m; Albuquerque 240mHOSPITALIST:*
Requirements: ACLS, PALS* Board Requirements: BCIM* Shifts: 7 On /
7 Off Block Schedule* ICU Beds: 6* EMR: Meditech* Daily Census: 22*
Hospitalist- Double Coverage 7am 7pm;* Alternating Night Call*
Physician: 1 Provider on Call 24 Hours: This Provider Does All the
Admitting for 24 Hours* Following morning this provider goes to
hospital and rounds on all his own patients and finishes any other
in house work that needs to be done until 7 PM* Hospitalist
Responsible for Managing the Patients in the ICU* Procedures
Required: Vent Management* Hospitalist will have help with
procedures* Patient load (seasonal) summer: 16 pts/day- 10 pts/day
