Certification Requirement: ASCP/AMT certification as a generalist.
Micro experience it is a plus but not required. Educational
Background: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Science or
equivalent. Technical Expertise: Proficient in working across
various benches, including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases,
and Cross-matching. Team Collaboration: A team player capable of
seamlessly transitioning between different roles within the
laboratory. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot
