Job Description Practice Highlights - Join an established outpatient cancer center serving Southern New Mexico - Comprehensive hematology and oncology services in a patient-centered environment - Clinic includes 10 treatment beds, 2 private chemotherapy rooms, and access to advanced imaging and treatment technology - Multidisciplinary team includes oncology-certified nurses, clinical nurse specialist, nurse navigator, and surgical/specialty support - Collaborative, close-knit team following NCCN guidelines - J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Practice Summary - Full-time Hematology/Oncology position - Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico - 70% oncology / 30% hematology - All chemotherapy delivered outpatient - Patient volume: 14–16 patients per day, including ~3 new consults - Procedures: bone marrow biopsies and related interventions - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with Friday half-day for administrative duties - Shared call coverage Benefits - Competitive base salary with potential earnings of $700k - Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 - Malpractice coverage with tail - CME allowance - Retirement plan with employer match - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - Generous paid leave: 27 PTO days, 8 sick days, 5 CME days (total 40 days/year) Qualifications - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by ABIM in Hematology/Oncology - Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology - Unrestricted New Mexico Medical License or eligibility for licensure - Collaborative, patient-focused approach with commitment to high-quality care
