Position Overview As a faculty member at our 168-bed teaching hospital, you will be instrumental in mentoring and guiding Internal Medicine residents within a thriving medical education environment that serves a diverse population of over 300,000 residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor residents in the Residency Continuity Clinic Deliver structured didactic lectures, conduct resident evaluations, and oversee clinical performance Participate in administrative tasks, faculty development, and academic programming Contribute to ongoing improvements in curriculum and resident engagement Preferred Qualifications: Board certification in Internal Medicine (required) Minimum 2 years of faculty or teaching experience preferred Strong communication skills and a commitment to academic excellence Community Highlights: It the second-largest city near Derry, New Mexico, offers a welcoming and sunny environment.
