Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal outcomes. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately. Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices. Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in New Mexico with operating room experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols. Ability to maintain a sterile environment and follow safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with medical staff. Proven ability to monitor patient vitals and respond effectively. Ability to evaluate personal performance and seek improvement.
