SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2 years' experience as a registered nurse -
Current RN license, Texas - Comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment - BLS certification - Great communication skills and a
strong team player JOB DESCRIPTION An oncology provider in El Paso,
TX is seeking a Desk Nurse to join their team. This person will
play a critical role in supporting patient care through
administrative coordination and education. This position is ideal
for a nurse who enjoys organizing workflows, ensuring compliance,
and empowering patients with knowledge about their treatment plans.
While direct clinical care is limited, the nurse will serve as a
key liaison between patients, providers, and the care team. NICE TO
HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience in the ICU or in a clinic
setting - Oncology experience - Bilingual (Spanish) Compensation:
$36/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several
factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit
packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and
include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA,
and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with
employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid
sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable
