Job Description About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced, client-centered Registered Dietitian who prioritizes improving patient outcomes and fostering lasting connections. This role includes both in-person and telehealth counseling, with opportunities to work with a clinically diverse caseload. Our Patients: Our patient population is diverse in both background and clinical needs. We serve individuals across the lifespan with varied acuity levels, including general nutrition education, weight management, diabetes, endocrine disorders, complex GI conditions, oncology nutrition, ALS, eating disorders, and nutrition support needs. At Sparkman Nutrition, we function as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team, ensuring nutrition needs are met at every stage of life. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for a diverse outpatient population, including: GI disorders Eating disorders (outpatient) Metabolic health and weight-inclusive care Diabetes and endocrine conditions Create and monitor evidence-based care plans Use strong counseling/Motivational Interviewing skills to support behavior change Maintain thorough, timely documentation Participate in weekly case consultation and team collaboration Requirements Must live within commuting distance to Austin, Tx or be willing to relocate Candidates must hold active CDR Registered Dietitian credentials (RD/RDN) Texas state Licensed Dietitian (LD) via TDLR or willingness to obtain prior to start date Minimum 2-years of experience as a dietitian in a clinical or outpatient setting Strong motivational interviewing and client-centered counseling skills Comfortable working with both pediatrics and adult populations (preferred) Position Details & Compensation W-2 employee position Full-Time (minimum of 27 patient-facing hours per week) Part-Time (minimum of 12 patient-facing hours per week) Competitive hourly rate ($35-$50/hr) based on years of experience and clinical competence PAID administrative time for charting, continuing education and team meetings PAID late cancellations and no-shows Hybrid-remote schedule (minimum of 2 in-office days per week).
