Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Full Time. Six weekend shifts per 6-week
period required. Two on-call shifts per 6-week period required.
Highlights: Full-time Critical Care RN position with 12-hour day
shifts Provides routine and complex nursing care in a dynamic
critical care environment Opportunity to practice independently
with responsibility for complex patient care Preceptorship provided
with designated trained staff during onboarding Floating to other
departments as needed to support hospital operations New graduates
considered for this role Requirements: Active RN License in New
Mexico or compact state license Current BLS certification (American
Heart Association only) Current ACLS certification (American Heart
Association only) One year of Critical Care experience preferred;
new graduates will be considered Bachelor of Science Degree in
Nursing preferred Completion of organizational entry competency
