Job Description Job Description OB-GYN Physician Brand New Women's Health Clinic Join a newly opened Women's Health Clinic (May 2025) in El Paso that's expanding access to high-quality OB-GYN care. This is a mission-driven, innovation-minded practice designed for growth, efficiency, and outstanding patient experience. The Practice New facility with 12 exam rooms 2 procedure rooms In-house lab, sterilization area, on-call room, break room, and private offices Support staff includes dedicated nurse, 3 MAs, float MA, and 3 schedulers In-house hysteroscopy most routine GYN procedures Full inpatient/outpatient capabilities through the main hospital Call Structure House call only - no in-house call No ER or L&D call (hospitalist team manages deliveries) You cover only your own patients Growth & Innovation Clinic expanding to 4 physicians NP MFM services joining the site Partnerships with emerging tech companies to enhance workflow and patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Sign-on bonus relocation assistance Full benefits, malpractice coverage CME time and allowance Candidate Requirements BC/BE in OB-GYN New grads and experienced physicians welcome J-1 and H-1B visa candidates accepted Must have completed a U.S. residency Company Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
