Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - ED ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • 13-week contract assignment • Must be willing to float to Horizon FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) • Must be willing to work in charge nurse capacity • Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI • Provide emergency department nursing care for patients with various medical conditions and trauma situations • Work collaboratively with emergency department team to deliver comprehensive patient care • Maintain competency in emergency nursing protocols and procedures Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency services department with both main emergency department and freestanding emergency department locations.
