Job Description Hematology/Oncology Openings – El Paso, TXPosition Details: FT, permanent positions Seeking several experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians to lead the medical oncology practice. Outpatient clinic co-located with the infusion center and shared space with the cancer navigation team and physical therapy. Hospital offers in-house labs, imaging, oncology pharmacy, pathology, and collaborative tumor boards. Schedule: 32 patient contact hours per week Outpatient Support: Patient care tech, clinical coordinator, office coordinator, ~6 chemo nurses, oncology pharmacist, certified cancer navigators* Inpatient Support: Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions, established general and oncology surgeons (breast, thyroid, colorectal, liver) on staff* Minimum of 5 years’ experience requiredBenefits Details: Salary guarantee plus wRVU-based incentive plan Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, deferred compensation, 401k) Malpractice insurance* CME allowanceCandidate Requirements: MD/DO degree Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 5 years of clinical experienceHospital Overview:Largest health network in El Paso, Texas, providing comprehensive, high-quality care across multiple facilities.
