Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support PreK-12 students
within a school district in El Paso, TX, for the Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY). This on-site position offers a contract role
from ASAP through June 29, 2026, with a 37.5 hours per week
schedule. The primary assignment focuses on delivering speech and
communication services primarily to high school students, with a
secondary option of working with K-8 students. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy
services to students across grade levels, addressing both
individual and group needs. - Manage a caseload of up to 64
students in the high school setting or 40 students in the K-8
program. - Address backlog of missed services, ensuring compliance
with IEP mandates and catch-up service delivery. - Conduct
evaluations, develop and implement therapy goals, and maintain
detailed documentation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,
including educators and family members, to optimize student
outcomes. Qualifications: - State SLP licensure required. -
Completion or anticipated completion of Clinical Fellowship Year. -
Ability to supervise or collaborate on clinical supervision if the
candidate or recruiter lacks supervision credentials. - Strong
organizational skills to manage a high caseload and service
backlog. - Familiarity with school-based speech pathology practices
and IEP processes. Location: - Schools located in El Paso, TX, with
placements either in the Lower Valley (south of I-10) or northeast
