Job Description:

general urologist to their team. This teaching hospital has been
ranked among the 100 Top Hospitals by Truven Health Analytics
(formerly Thomson/Reuters). It is also the only hospital district
in state to receive the Silver Award for Appropriate Care measures

5 robots Position Highlights: • The position exists due to growth

the need is for a leader who has an interest in building a program,
ideally becoming a team of 3, generalists and open to
subspecialists • Call will be 10 days/month - goal is to hire APPs
to assist with call • OR Block time available • Variety of
interesting and complicated cases; grateful patient base • Work
life balance is promoted, can have a 4 day work week • Opportunity
exists for academic partnership with the School of Medicine •
Teaching and research is available for those who are interested,
but it is not a requirement • Compensation starts off at the MGMA
median, can quickly get above the 75th% with bonuses • Sign on
