Responsibilities: - - Diagnosing and treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage, video visit appointments, and follow-ups as appropriate - Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting - Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3–4 patients per hour - Work autonomously and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and monthly team meetings - Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards - Open 365 days a year, rotating schedule - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico (required) - Must reside in New Mexico (required) - Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification - Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5 years in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered) - Physician Assistants: 5 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered) - EPIC experience preferred; training provided - Strong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivated - Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts Benefits: - Guaranteed base salary - Sign-on bonus - Malpractice coverage with tail - CME allowance - Student loan repayment assistance loan forgiveness eligibility - Full medical, dental, and vision insurance - Technology provided - Retirement plan with employer match
