You’ll Do: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance
with regulatory standards Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
Manage departmental budget, productivity, and strategic initiatives
Drive quality improvement, medication safety, and clinical
collaboration Implement and maintain best practices in formulary
management and patient care
