Job Description:
The Nurse independently provides routine and complex patient
care, demonstrating clinical judgment and ongoing development of
nursing skills.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based
practices.
Administers medications, monitors treatment effectiveness,
documents patient information, and educates patients and
families.
Ensures patient safety, maintains compliance with regulations, and
participates in unit operations, staffing, and quality
improvement.
Demonstrates core competencies in nursing processes, patient flow,
and clinical standards, with proficiency in health information
documentation and medical equipment.
Requires a BSN preferred, RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year
of related experience.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
